The Bullock Texas State History Museum and Fort Worth Museum of Science and History last co-hosted the GSCA Conference in 2011, and their southern hospitality and vibrant, foodie-friendly cities make them outstanding destinations for delegates.
“We are looking forward to welcoming the GSCA back to the Bullock Texas State History Museum and our IMAX Theatre this September,” said Emily Henne, Deputy Director of Communications at the Bullock Museum. “Since we last hosted in 2011, we have enhanced our innovative theater with dual 4k laser projectors and enhanced 12-channel immersive audio. We’re thrilled to showcase this year’s films on our giant screen—a screen the size of Texas.”
“We are honored that the GSCA has chosen to come back to Fort Worth and to the Jane & John Justin Foundation Omni Theater”, says Regina Faden, Ph.D., President, Fort Worth Museum of Science and History. “We are thrilled to share the 8K digital LED dome technology with the Producers and Filmmakers. We hope that the dome’s cutting-edge technology will foster new ideas, where we are only limited by our imagination. We are excited to see what content can be provided for our visitors in the future.”
Fort Worth Museum of Science & History has long been a beacon of innovation, and its leadership in adopting Cosm’s CX System LED dome technology sets a new benchmark for educational institutions worldwide,” said Kirk Johnson, Chief Operations Officer at Cosm. “We’re thrilled attendees of this year’s GSCA International Conference will be able to immerse themselves in the world’s first and largest LED dome in a museum at Fort Worth Museum, where they can expect to be transported to new worlds or inaccessible places entirely – all in stunning realism and unmatched brightness, contrast, and clarity.
We look forward to seeing you in Austin and Fort Worth for an unforgettable experience celebrating innovation, creativity, and community in the giant screen industry!
