Digital Cinema Naming Convention Requirement
To facilitate an efficient delivery process for GSCA events, all participants are required to use the GSCA Digital Cinema Naming Convention tool when preparing content. This important and easy-to-use tool ensures consistency and clarity in naming delivered assets. You can access it here: https://www.giantscreencinema.com/resource/digital-cinema-naming-convention/

Please note that the information you provide about your film will be featured on the GSCA website and used in event marketing materials. If any updates are needed after submission, please contact Tammy Barrett at tammy@giantscreencinema.com.
If the exact month of your film’s release is not yet confirmed, we recommend indicating the release timeframe as 1st quarter, 2nd quarter, 3rd quarter, or 4th quarter of the year. This approach ensures clarity for our global audience, particularly members in the southern hemisphere, and helps avoid confusion from seasonal terms such as winter, spring, summer, or fall.
