This is a documentary film of a research expedition in the Amazon rain forest led by Professor Francis Hallé of the department of Biology, Montpellier University, France. The giant “Heartopia” blimp journeys above the misty jungles of South America. Explorers descend onto the treetops, walking above the jungle on a special net raft, studying the extraordinary animals, birds, plants and insects of the rainforest.
