""February 8, 2022—Jenn Bentz has been promoted to Director of Theaters at the Pacific Science Center (PacSci) in Seattle, Washington. In her new role, Bentz will manage PacSci’s two IMAX theaters, Laser Dome, arch lighting, and production support. She will report to President and CEO Will Daugherty and serve on the Executive Leadership Team.

Bentz joined PacSci as an usher in December 1998, just after the opening of the Boeing IMAX Theater, and was promoted to projectionist six months later. During her 23 years at PacSci, she has served as IMAX Theater Supervisor, Theater Operations Manager, and Production Manager, with additional responsibilities from webmaster to emergency animal care, as well as A/V support for internal and external events. Most recently she managed technology for the launch of PacSci’s virtual field trips program, putting together the hardware and software package for the Center’s studio space.
