December 16, 2024—The Giant Screen Cinema Association (GSCA) is pleased to announce its Board of Directors has elected officers and committee chairs for the coming year. These officers and committee chairs represent the 2025 Board, and their terms begin on January 1, 2025.

The board has elected the following officers, who will serve one-year terms in this capacity:

Chair              Jim Remar, Cosmosphere

Vice-Chair     Patty Collins, MacGillivray Freeman Films

Treasurer       Gordon Stalans, Tennessee Aquarium

Secretary       Adam Smith, Exploration Place

In accordance with GSCA’s bylaws the Executive Committee (EC) includes the officers and to ensure it accurately represents each GSCA membership category of theater, production, distribution, and related business, the board has also elected the following to the EC:

  • Don Kempf, Giant Screen Films/D3D Cinema
  • Mike Lutz, Lutz Strategies
  • James Neihouse, ASC

The Governance Committee will include:
